...sleeps 4 regular and 2 on sleeper couch (2 bathrooms) is located on the second floor. In bedroom #1 (Master Suite) there is a King Size bed. In bedroom #2 (Guest Suite) there is a Queen Size bed. In living room there is a queen size sleeper couch (sleeps 2). The flooring is wall-to-wall carpet in the entire unit. The carpet is newly laid and very clean! The apartment has a 'cathedral ceiling' that gives you a special feeling. It has a terrace/balcony - called 'Lanai'. The lanai is screened - of course. Directly in front of the house there is a reserved parking space for your car. The apartment has a total of 3 modern televisions, all of which receive the full BLUESTREAM program and are all ANDROID TV-capable, with all common apps, such as NETFLIX etc.

Distance to pool is about 660 feet (2 minute walk)!
This apartment is our NaplesGolf Number 02573 and is located HERE. The condominium is located in Northlight Drive, which is part of WINTERPARK. WINTERPARK belongs to the city of NAPLES, where it is located east of downtown NAPLES, accessible from Davis Boulevard. Winterpark is the perfect vacation community. Everyone is very friendly; you can bike throughout the exceptionally well maintained park; it is lavishly filled with palm trees and vegetation.
