Yes, we enjoyed our stay at #00158. The condo was well equipped with sports accessories and children toys which came in handy as our grandchildren visited us for a week. Excellent decor and furnishings. Only one thing missing was a place to sit outside other than sitting on lawn. We passed that comment back to the owner and suggested putting a few patio tiles and a small table and chairs outside at the back or perhaps a lanai. We are looking forward to going back next year.

Our stay at Winter Park far exceeded our expectations. There is a folder containing all the information needed for your stay, it was very helpful when looking for places to eat and to visit as tourist. The added feature of WiFi and telephone use was so helpful in connecting with our family since we were not there to spend Christmas with them. The condo was exceptionally clean and large. Being on the first floor makes it so easy when returning from shopping. The pool was the biggest one I have ever seen and we met so many nice people from all over the world. The shopping was close and you could either go highend or your regular department stores with groceries. We would go back again anytime.

We have had a wonderful 2 months in Winterpark. Having WiFi & a phone was indeed a blessing as well as the washer/dryer. The condo was clean & spacious, furniture comfortable & lots of sunlight throughout. Enjoyed coffee on the lanai - surrounded by palm trees. Parking spot right outside the lanai another blessing - bringing in our groceries/shopping goodies. This was our 1st time to Naples. We love it here ! Unbelievable discounts at Bealls, Chicos & Izod. Only 10-minute walk to Starbucks, hair salon/barber, Publix (re-opening March), Subway & restaurants. Ladies hair cut for $23.00. Scallywags (burgers), Brunina's (pizza), Little Italy (spaghetti), Foxboro (pub food), Cafe Luna (wow) - all so close to this condo. Then there is downtown - Tommy Bahamas - & so many more ! Love Olive Garden & Carrabbas (Italian) - also close by. Took pictures of gorgeous sunsets from Naples Pier & Lowdermilk Beach. 5th Avenue is unbelievable - twinkling lights at night, sidewalk caf s packed with people dining out. Love how they close the street off on weekends - annual art festivals, Ferrari club parade of cars, etc. We golfed at Links of Naples - only $18.00 (after 3:00 p.m.). Love the pool here in Winterpark - massive to say the least. We are bringing home with us more freckles on our faces & awesome memories of a fantastic vacation ! If we were younger - would definitely purchase property here especially in East Naples. So magical here ! Now back to the cold ! We will be back again & again !

Dear Mr. Peters, we really liked the accommodation. The decor was new and valuable, the equipment (kitchen, towels, sheets, tools) was well thought out and complete. Everything was very clean and hygienic. The location of the apartment was awesome, very close to the city center, close to the beaches, 2 supermarkets within walking distance. The proximity to the large pool was great. The neighbors were very friendly and communicative. If you want to moan at a high level, then perhaps two air conditioners, which work directly in front of a window of the apartment. Since we hardly inhabited this room, it did not bother us there. However, it was also a bit louder on the front terrace (screened lanai). Overall, we found the apartment very neat.
The communication in advance with you we found exemplary; You always delivered the required information very quickly. We had no problems finding and moving to the apartment. Your homepage is very informative and helped us a lot. Overall, we notice very well that it is your concern that renters feel comfortable. We would book again anytime. The two months in Naples have been a great time in our lives.

My wife, Mary, and I rented this condo from 1996 to 2011 each year. We enjoyed living there. The condo was comfortable, the furniture and the furnishings helped with the comfort. The condo was convenient to the tennis courts and the swimming pool, both of which we used several times each week. We left to rent a ground-floor condo because with my aging I developed several infirmities. These made it difficult for me to go up and down stairs. (I'm 83 years old.)

Mr. Peters' service is exemplary. No matter what questions you have, no matter how often you ask: all questions are answered promptly, competently and very friendly. On site, the support from Mrs. W. is simply perfect. Every problem, no matter how small, is solved immediately. We have known Mrs. W. for many years now and know that it is always a very relaxing vacation when she looks after things. About the apartment itself (2386 Magnolia Ave, Naples, FL, NG number 00025): The apartment is on the top floor. This gives you a great view of the lake. The balcony (Lania) offers everything your heart desires. A large table, comfortable seating and 2 loungers. In addition, an outdoor kitchen with electric grill. I was skeptical at first, whether this is able to give our steak also an appropriate "browning". No problem. The meat had a nice grilled surface and did not get dry. The sofas by the TV are rather a touch too soft by European standards, but you'll find that almost everywhere in the US. Otherwise, this apartment has everything you need for a nice vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bed in the Master Bedroom is simply a dream. We woke up rested in the morning. The air conditioning works perfectly and did not bother us at night due to its quiet operation noise. A big plus is also the garage, which is available to the tenant. The car is pleasantly cool before a trip. It was definitely not our last trip to Naples. We don't know exactly when we will go again. But about whom we book the apartment, that is definitely certain.

I had a fantastic rental experience at FALLING WATERS. We rented two condo units for my family (5 total, including 3 young kids), plus my parents and mother-in-law. The units were spacious, well maintained, clean and exactly what we were looking for. We loved the pool at Falling Waters, and the ~20 minute drive to the beach was easy and worth the trip. Service was excellent all around - including making the reservation, checking in, and general helpfulness of the staff on-site. Neighbors I met were all friendly. I would recommend it to someone looking for a low-key, family friendly vacation with plenty to do.

We have just returned from a wonderful two weeks holiday at Falling Waters, Naples, Florida. We rented a condominium through Juergen Peters of Naples Golf. Juergen took our specific requirements and found us the perfect accommodation. The condo was located at 2350 hidden Lake Ct. which is quite a distance from the main entrance and club house, however, this was not a problem as we had rented a car for the duration of the holiday. There were also two bikes in the garage that we could have used if required to get us to the pool. The condominium appeared to be newly decorated with many new appliances such as, washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer and microwave. The cupboards also contained every utensil, crockery and pans that you may need. Everything was spotlessly clean and all furnishings were of very good quality. Everything that you require for the beach, such as beach chairs, umbrella and cool box were also available for use. All in all we had a wonderful holiday and would not hesitate in returning to Falling Waters again or renting accommodation through Juergen.

We have rented with NaplesGolf for 5 or 6 years now. Just returning tells you that I am happy with the accommodations of the rentals and the service in handling the lease, and any problems that may occur. And we have had some problems, but generally the problems are small and get taken care of in a timely matter. I have no complaints. Winter Park was a lovely older condo, well kept and the pool was very very nice. We met friends there and had great times playing cards! However we absolutely, love Falling Waters. The grounds are like old Florida, lush and green, well maintained. Pool is like a resort pool, and that's our favorite place to be! Friendly people around and we see the same guests,year after year, because everyone there just loves being there.
