...sleeps 4 (2 bathrooms) is located on the second floor. In bedroom #1 (Master Suite) there is a King Size bed. In bedroom #2 (Guest Suite) there is a queen size sleeper couch (sleeps 2). It has a terrace/balcony - called 'Lanai'. The lanai is screened - of course. Directly in front of the house there is a reserved parking space for your car.

Distance to pool is about 330 feet (1 minute walk)!
This apartment is our NaplesGolf Number 00176 and is located HERE. The condominium is located in Antarctic Cir, which is part of WINTERPARK. WINTERPARK belongs to the city of NAPLES, where it is located east of downtown NAPLES, accessible from Davis Boulevard. Winterpark is the perfect vacation community. Everyone is very friendly; you can bike throughout the exceptionally well maintained park; it is lavishly filled with palm trees and vegetation. Once you've been to Winterpark and Naples you'll want to return again and again as so many do!
