If you like to enjoy sitting on the lanai in comfortable chairs - then this condo will be the one you like. It is a pleasure to enjoy the sunset. The lanai has an exposure in western direction. And there is an electric grill to prepare BBQ.

Distance to club house (with pool) is about 2100 feet (7 minutes' walk away)!
By car it is a 30 second ride.
