Our stay in Winterpark was very enjoyable. Our condo was large for a two bedroom and well furnished.
The swimming pool just out the back door is huge and was recently renovated making it the perfect spot for warm days.
The condo owner is very easy to work with and responds quickly to questions.
Winterpark is ideally located for access to downtown Naples.
We're coming back next season. Very enjoyable visit, Juergen. We had good time and liked the condo a lot.

Mr. Peters,
Yes, we had a wonderful time at Winter Park. It was full of memories for us as we used to visit in the 80s. The difference was back in the 80s, they were planting all those palm trees and now they are full grown. I loved listening to the breeze in the palms and the number of palm trees in Winter Park. It was nice to see that after all these years Winter Park is still so nicely maintained. The condo was very nice. The location could not be beat. I would make one comment that perhaps they could update their bedding (especially pillows). You have been wonderful to work with and I would certainly recommend you. I have asked my Mom if she would like to return next year, but, at 87, she doesn't like to make too many plans in advance.
Do I need to do anything in regard to the return of the security deposit?

Hello Mr. Peters:
We all liked the condo. Your decorations are nice. Not to much... just right.
My minor complaint was the size of blankets on the bed. The blanket did not fit the bed.
The bathtub did not drain properly. Very minor. We are very happy with the condo and the pool was wonderful. It was great just walking out the door and into the pool.
People at Winter Park were friendly. The walking track was another feature we enjoyed.
We appreciate the notebook with the check-in and check-out procedure.
We hope to rent from you again.

We have returned home to a very chilly April here in New Jersey.
But our stay in Florida for the month of March was enjoyable as usual.
This was our sixth year staying at Winter Park, so it was nice seeing those
that we have met over the years and just relaxing for the month.
Maria B. was a perfect Realtor and handled a few small problems for us quickly
and always in a very friendly way.

Testimonials relating FALLING WATERS
Hallo Juergen,
just a short note to tell you how much we enjoyed the condo in Falling Waters.
It was really nicely furnished, and the huge lanai with the outdoor kitchen and view of the lake
with fountain was our favourite spot for our
evening cocktail! We also really appreciated the condo having a garage, as this kept the car nice and cool!
Maybe two small things, but they made our stay even more enjoyable!
The pool area was really breathtaking and worthy of the best five-star hotel!
It was at times difficult to decide --- beach or pool?
There is however something I must complain about --- it rained two days during our vacation! Apart from that,
everything was absolutely wonderful!

It was so great to deal with Mr. Peters,
we have four times made deals with him to rent apartments in
Falling Waters
and he always was very flexible,
honestly, and made all his best for us.
Florida, Naples, Falling Waters is the best; the apartment is five stars and the pool is really nice.

Hello Juergen
This was the third visit to
Falling Waters
at Christmas time with my family. We all enjoyed our stay,
even though the weather was unusually cold for Florida.
The Falling Waters complex is very well maintained has wonderful facilities, including swimming pool,
tennis courts and a nice club house which now has free Wi-Fi.
The condo that you kindly arranged for us was a 2BR 2BA ground floor unit and was well equipped.
There is a large flat screen TV in the lounge and smaller units in each bedroom all of which are
connected to satellite/cable TV. There is also a VHS/DVD player and a good library of films in the lounge.
The furnishings and kitchen equipment was good. There were also two bikes in the garage and
various essential beach equipment.
This was our first time to rent through you, but I have to say that we were very pleased
with all the arrangements and the speed of your communications.
We also had the pleasure of meeting with Helga, your local representative who was very charming and helpful.
I have no doubt that we will return again.

First of all, thank you so much for your help in securing our rental in March of 2007 of the condo owned by Mrs. W., Hidden Lake Drive, in the Orchid Falls section of Falling Waters. We were very pleased with the accommodations and would like to rent the same condo for March and the first two weeks of April in 2008.

Had a great time. Everything worked out pretty well except for garage door opener which didn't work properly.

We were very satisfied with the apartment. It exceeded our expectations in all way!
We are still talking of a revisit (the pool was unique!!).
The area as such is definitely the next visit worth
(much different from the east side of Florida).

within the airline business!
