Minimum standard are sleeps 4 (occupied by two, three or four renters), 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air-condition, cable-tv, telephone, washer, dryer, a well equiped kitchen, dishes and linen. Some condos have 3 bedrooms for 6 or more persons.
