because all holiday homes are very roomy (around 1300 square feet and more) and very tastefully furnished. And they like the tranquil beauty of Falling Waters - a gated community of lush landscaping, waterfalls, exotic birds and flora. Please click on the above sub community and then on the 5-digit unit number to look at the desired vacation home. All condominiums (brief: condos) are either first floor or second floor. Standard equippment and layout is: at least 2 bedrooms, at least 2 bathrooms with toilet, air-conditioning, Color-TV, Telephone, Wascher, Dryer, enough linen, towels (also for the beaches) are available. All condos have sleeps 4, some condos have more. All condos are located in a nice park landscape.
Recreational facilities and amenities: FALLING WATERS (Central) has a huge, nice, heated swimming pool (11200 Sq.Ft. of Water) with islands of palms. It is the second largest pool in Florida. There are: deck-chairs, sun roofs and palms give shade, restrooms, showers, lifeguard, club house (5000 Sq.Ft., air-conditioned, kitchen, dance floor), library. Next to the pool there are two lighted tennis hard courts freely available. Next to tennis you may choose to play Bocce ball. Close to the clubhouse area is the 'Recreational Park'. There is an eighteen hole putting green, a shuffelboard, a picnic area and a playground for kids. All these facilities are free. Although not necessary in Naples: This community is 24 h security gated. It is centrally located - so it's not far to Old-Naples (with the well-known 5th Avenue) or to the big Shopping Centers. Furthermore FALLING WATERS is surrounded by many Golf courses. An only 10 minutes ride by car and you'll be at the beaches (Gulf of Mexico).

Get free maps from your car rental at Ft. Myers Airport. Before your start read the following description carefully and check it with the maps. When you leave the parking lot at your car rental company go WEST to the Interstate 75. You go on I-75 in Southern direction (Naples) for about 28 miles and have to leave the I-75 at EXIT 101. Keep on right lane. After the first traffic light you'll get on SR-951. After 1000 feet on SR-951 (south) you'll see the second traffic light. Turn right onto road 84 - that's the DAVIS BLVD. You are right if you see to your left (!) CEDAR HAMMOCK and NAPLES HERITAGE.
Go straight ahead on DAVIS BLVD, cross STANTA BARBARA BLVD and then you'll see on your left FALLING WATERS.

Country Road 84 (DAVIS BLVD) makes the connection between Exit 101 of I-75 and the US-41 (TAMIAMI TRAIL). The cross on map marks the main entrance of FALLING WATERS.
You missed FALLING WATERS when you'd get to the insection COUNTY BARN. Make an u-turn there and go back on DAVIS BLVD about 900 feet. On the right side there is to FALLING WATERS to your right.

The quality of the map is excellent. At the left border of the map (North) there is the main gate and the entrance from Davis Blvd.

NOTE: This community is the real FALLING WATERS with the additional attribute "Central". Many guests mixed it up with FALLING WATER "Beach Resort" and FALLING WATERS "North Preserve".
