...sleeps 4 (2 bathrooms) with a marvelous preserve view in western direction is located on the second floor. In bedroom #1 (Master Suite) there is a King Size bed. In bedroom #2 (Guest Suite) there are two twin beds. It has a terrace/balcony - called 'Lanai'. The lanai is screened - of course. The Lanai is WEST facing. If you like to enjoy the evenings sitting on the Lanai, then this here will be the one you'll love. There is an electric grill for BBQ. The brand of the grill: GEORG FOREMAN! Furthermore the apartment has 3 flat-screen-tv's. The garage is available for you. It keeps your car cool during the summer.
Distance to club house (with pool) is about 2310 feet (7 minute walk)!
There are many parking lots at the pool if you go by car.
This unit is our NaplesGolf Number 00054 and is located in building number 2350. The building 2350 belongs to the Magnolia Falls association. And the association Magnolia Falls is a part of the residential complex FALLING WATERS 'Central', accessible from Davis Blvd, East Naples, Florida, located 5 miles east of downtown Naples and the Gulf of Mexico.

The apartment No. 00054 was a dream. At first we were a little skeptical about the location (on the edge of Falling Waters), which meant that we have no view on one of the lakes in the estate, but that has not proved to be a disadvantage.
  • - From our balcony we had a fantastic view of the evening sun
  • - In the evening to look in the direction of a great preserve and to perceive the sounds of nature was a real experience that we don't want to miss
  • - The apartment is in very high quality and fully equipped, we did not miss anything
  • - The landlord has very good 'taken precautions' to simplify its tenants a trip to the beach - from high quality beach umbrella, beach chair, and cooler everything is available, which allows a beautiful day at the beach
  • - My wife and I are very happy to rent this apartment again
