...sleeps 4 (2 bathrooms) with a marvelous lake view in southern direction is located on the second floor. In bedroom #1 (Master Suite) there is a King Size bed. In bedroom #2 (Guest Suite) there are two Full Size double beds (54x75 inches). It has a terrace/balcony - called 'Lanai'. The lanai is screened - of course. The Lanai is SOUTH facing. If you like to enjoy the evenings sitting on the Lanai and having BBQ, then this here will be the one you'll love. The drinks and snacks you'll get directly from the Summer Kitchen. On the LANAI there is a Summerkitchen. The garage is available for you. It keeps your car cool during the summer.
Distance to club house (with pool) is about 1810 feet (5 minute walk)!
There are many parking lots at the pool if you go by car.
This unit is our NaplesGolf Number 00122 and is located in building number 2378. The building 2378 belongs to the Magnolia Falls association. And the association Magnolia Falls is a part of the residential complex FALLING WATERS 'Central', accessible from Davis Blvd, East Naples, Florida, located 5 miles east of downtown Naples and the Gulf of Mexico.
