is located in the first floor and has tasteful furniture in the entire condo (look at the pictures). And if you like to enjoy the evenings sitting on the lanai in comfortable chairs too - then this condo will be the one you like. The rear patio (Lanai) is facing West - so that you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. For your car is a Carport reserved.
By the way: This condo has 3 TV's. In the living room, guest and master suite.

Distance to club house (with pool) is about 1100 feet (4 minutes walk)!
