If you like to enjoy sitting on the lanai (terrace) in comfortable chairs - then this villa will be the one you like. It is a great amenity having an Summer kitchen for cool drinks and hot snacks. And the garage is available for you. It keeps your car cool. Although sleeps 5, the villa will be rented out only to 4 (four) guest. In the high season (January, February and March) there is a special monthly rental fee of $3500 plus taxes, plus Cleaning & Registration.
