And if you like to enjoy the evenings sitting on the lanai in comfortable chairs too - then this condo will be the one you like. The rear patio (Lanai) is facing West - so that you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. For your car is a Carport reserved.
By the way: This condo has 3 TV's. In the living room, guest and master suite.

Distance to club house (with pool) is about 1100 feet (4 minutes walk)!
