This condo has an exceptional residential location just a half mile from the exclusive Waterside shops with Saks Fifth Avenue and The Registry Resort. Ideally located off of Pine Ridge Road. Close to many shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. Fifth Ave South, Third Street South, Tin City Market Place, Coastland Mall, Outlet Stores and the Gulf of Mexico Beaches are all just minutes away.
By the way: This is our quietest rental unit in town - far away from any main roads and approach paths.

From May 1st thru Oct 31st EVERY Golfer can play on THE GLADES GOLF COURSE at RECIPROCAL RATES (2023 = $40, including E-Cart),
if you buy a MEMBERSHIP CARD at South Florida PGA GolfPass.
This card is already ‘worth it’ after one or two rounds of golf.
