KINGWOOD GARDEN is the perfect vacation community. You can walk throughout the exceptionally well maintained park and neighborhood;
it is lavishly filled with palm trees and vegetation.
Once you've been to KINGWOOD GARDEN and NAPLES you'll want to return again and again as so many do!

The apartment shown above is located in a quiet, very well maintained community called KINGWOOD GARDEN,
which is accessed from DAVIS BLVD via the west entrance of CROWN POINTE.
If you decide to rent this apartment, we must inform you in advance that the PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (not the owner) will request extremely extensive personal information that goes beyond what is customary in Germany, but is not regarded in the U.S. as a violation of data protection and is accepted without comment.
The registration fee is a one-time fee of $150 for the apartment itselves and a further one-time fee of $150 for each person over the age of 18 staying overnight. Example: A married couple with no kids pays $450 for registration.
