...with a marvelous lake view from lanai and with sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms (2 bathrooms) and a den is located on the second floor. In bedroom #1 (Master Suite) there is a King Size bed. In bedroom #2 (Guest Suite) there is a Queen Size bed. It has a terrace/balcony - called 'Lanai'. The lanai is screened - of course. The Lanai is SOUTH facing. If you like to enjoy the evenings sitting on the Lanai and having BBQ, then this here will be the one you'll love. The drinks and snacks you'll get directly from the Summer Kitchen. Sorry, the garage is NOT available for you. But there is enough parking space in front of the garage.
Special problem in CASCADES:
There are reluctantly rented only 2 weeks,
because only 1x in the calendar month may be rented.
There are then the other 2 weeks 'lost'.
It is even worse if the month change is exceeded.
Then 2 calendar months are 'used up'.
Distance to club house (with pool) is about 2110 feet (6 minute walk)!
There are many parking lots at the pool if you go by car.
This unit is our NaplesGolf Number 00412 and is located in building number 2100. The building 2100 belongs to the Cascades association. And the association Cascades is a part of the residential complex FALLING WATERS 'Central', accessible from Davis Blvd, East Naples, Florida, located 5 miles east of downtown Naples and the Gulf of Mexico.
