Winterpark Pool
can be switched into a "kids friendly" one upon request. That means that your kids can have access to many toys. Additional you can get a Baby Gate, a High Chair, and so on. Please mention this additional service at the time of signing the contract. A DVD Player with an wall-mounted monitor is in the Guestroom (queen size bed). But there are also anemities for adults, as two cable TV's (living room and master bedroom) and two new mountain bikes (located in the laundry room / store room). Master bedroom has a King size bed. The unit is very clean and in very good shape. It got new furniture in 2009. The living room and dining area are totally tiled. Only the two bedroom have carpet.

All openings (except the entrance door) have sun-proofed impact safeguard glass (double glass). That means that the A/C works more efficiently and no noises are able to come in from outside!
