Winterpark Pool
is located in the first floor with a lanai. This unit has been completely re-done in 2008. Both bathrooms with porcelain tile and granite counters. Master bath opened up with walk in shower and tile installed floor to ceiling. The kitchen has new cabinets and granite counters and the ceiling has been raised. New carpet in both bedrooms and living area. Dining area, kitchen, foyer and laundry room have wide plank mahogany laminate flooring. All new furniture including a 42" 1080p lcd tv in the living room. Queen bed in master and 2 twins in guest room.

Distance to pool is only 1800 feet (6 minutes walk)!
