is located in the first floor. This unit is very clean and in perfect condition. It has all new furniture and a LCD TV (42") in the living room. A smaller LCD TV (19") is located in the master bedroom. King size bed in master bedroom and 2 twins in guest room.

Distance to pool is only 1200 feet (4 minutes walk)!
