Location: This house is located in a nice neighborhood centrally in Naples. There are a lot of shops and restaurants near by. Our other house in Naples are not far away, right next street is the house #00102. So if you bring even more persons, please check if that house will be vacant too.

Do you like the Thommy Bahama style and caribbean feeling? This will be the house you'll like best. Hardwood floors, wall colors in soft shades and furnishings in tropical style complete the relaxing feeling of this house. Enjoy the large pooldeck with southern exposure. The house "Pompei Lane", that's the way we call #00101, was newly furnished. This house is centrally located within Naples, only about 1 mile from the sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. It is a quiet neighborhood with well maintained single family homes. Due to southern exposure the house is light and bright inside. There are big sliding doors and french doors that lead to the spacious pooldeck. The good sized pool itself is heatable. There is a screen enclosure on the pooldeck that enables you to enjoy outdoor living at every time of the day or year. The beautiful kitchen was installed recently and is well equipped. The house offers two bedrooms with their private bathrooms, a small bedroom (for kids), a livingroom with dining area, a laundary room with washer and dryer and a two car garage with direct access to the house. The tropical garden is nice to look at. It is completely fenced in and provides privacy.

Kids are very welcome! But please don't bring your pets. Check out our car pool. If rented in combination with the house the price will be a package deal. Our cars come with a residents sticker that allows free and unlimited usage of special parking spaces at the beach.

Special features:
This house has hardwood floors or tiles in all rooms, visible beams in the dining area and wooden kitchen cabinets. In combination with the soft wallcolors this creates a cosy atmosphere. Many builtin lights brighten the rooms, the air conditioning keeps the heat out. The house comes well equipped which makes it perfect for a longer vacation or a larger family. Of course you'll find a TV set, VCR, boombox with CD-player, telephone and faxmachine. There is no phoneblock on the telephone line. So access to the internet via NAPLES FREENET with your own laptop/notebook is very easy. Local calls are free. For long distance calls you'll will be charged seperatly according to our own phone bill.
