Falling Waters Pool
is located in the second floor and has tasteful furniture in the entire condo. And if you like to enjoy the lanai in comfortable chairs - then this condo will be the one you like. You have got two lanais! The front balcony (Lanai) is facing Southwest - so that you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. The rear balcony (Lanai) is facing Northeast - so that you can enjoy your breakfast in the sun. From there you have this beautiful lakeview. A Carport is reserved for your car.
By the way: This condo has 2 TV's. In the living room and in the master suite.

Distance to club house (with pool) is about 1000 feet (3.5 minutes walk)!
