If you like to sit on the lanai (facing West) in comfortable chairs and enjoying the afternoon and evening sun - then this condo will be the one you like. It is a great amenity having an Summer kitchen for cool drinks and hot snacks. And the garage is available for you. It keeps your car cool.

Distance to club house (with pool) is about 2100 feet (7 minutes walk)!
