is located in the first floor and has a beautiful lakeview from the lanai (terrace). If you like to enjoy sitting on the lanai in comfortable chairs - then this condo will be the one you like. It is a great amenity having an Outdoor Kitchen (this is a small one with a sink and a separate grill). The condo is a 2BR 2BA ground floor unit and is well equipped. There is a large flat screen TV in the lounge and smaller units in each bedroom all of which are connected to satellite/cable TV. There is also a VHS/DVD player and a good library of films in the lounge. The furnishings and kitchen equipment was good. And the garage is available for you. It keeps your car cool. There are also two bikes in the garage and various essential beach equipment (5 beach chairs and a beach umbrella). Inside the condo you'll find also 2 tennis rackets.

Distance to club house (with pool) is about 1800 feet (6 minutes walk)!

Very comfortable furniture on the lanai (patio). The cushions are very comfortable (sorry, not visible on this picture). The terrace is facing North. So you can enjoy the sun in the early morning and in the late evening.
