These two-party houses are located in a nice park landscape, in central Naples (not far from the small airport). WINTERPARK has a huge, nice swimming pool with an island of palms. It is the third largest pool in Florida. It has a lot of amenities: deck-chairs, sun roofs and palms give shade, restrooms, showers, club house, library; next to the pool are six tennis hard courts freely available. All these facilities are free. If you don't have a car available, it takes you only 6 minutes to the first tee of the IRONWOOD Golf Club; the shopping center KINGS LAKE SQUARE is only a 3 quarter mile away. Only a 8 minutes ride by car and you'll be at the beach (Gulf of Mexico).

Car necessary. By car from Miami to Naples Exit 101 on I-75: 107 miles. By car from Fort Myers to Naples Exit 101 on I-75: 34 miles. By car from Interstate (I-75) Exit 101 to WINTERPARK: 5.3 miles.

Get free maps from your car rental at Ft. Myers Airport. Before you start read the following description carefully and check it with the maps. When you leave the parking lot at your car rental you'll get on a road which lead you to the Interstate. Go south on I-75 in direction to NAPLES for about 30 miles. Leave the INTERSTATE at EXIT 101 (mile stone 101). Keep on right lane. After passing the first traffic light you'll get on SR-951. Than 1000 feet on 951 (south) you'll see the second traffic light. Turn right onto 84 - that's the DAVIS BLVD. You are not lost if you see to your left CEDAR HAMMOCK and Naples HERITAGE.
Go straight ahead on DAVIS BLVD passing FALLING WATERS, GLEN EAGLE, MOON LAKE, and FOXFIRE. After a fire station on the left you'll see WINTERPARK. Attention: WINTERPARK got three entrances.
To go to the third entrance with the clubhouse you have to go on DAVIS BLVD across LAKEWOOD BLVD and take left Lane. After 600 feet enter WINTERPARK on left side. There you'll see the tennis courts and the clubhouse with swimming pool.
You missed WINTERPARK when you'd get to the insection AIRPORT ROAD. Make an u-turn there and go back to on DAVIS BLVD about 900 feet. On the right side there is WINTERPARK to your right side.

Country Road 84 (DAVIS BLVD) is the connection between Exit 101 of I-75 and the US-41 (TAMIAMI TRAIL). The cross on map marks the main entrance (#3) of WINTERPARK. Note: WINTERPARK got 3 entrances. For condo 00153 take entrance #1, for 13963 take entrance #2. For all others take entrance #3 (main entrance).
